Sixhands is a 100 percent Australian owned-and-operated textile design business based in inner city Sydney. Founded in 2006, the company specialises in the design of prints and textiles across the fashion, interiors and soft furnishings spectrum.

For the last four years Sixhands has been providing brilliant textiles to many iconic fashion brands in Australia. Now their beautiful artworks can also be found reinvigorating wallpapers, furnishing fabrics, rugs and other interior products.

Sixhands is a comprehensive interior textile and wallpaper service that also offers custom design for interior designers, decorators and architects as well as individuals who are renovating their home. Services include original custom concept development, customisation of the Sixhands collection including colourways and interior branding development for point of difference.

There are a variety of different basecloths and wallpapers in the Sixhands collection as well as a variety of printing methods which means it's not always possible to offer an eco product across the board.

Sixhands are environmentally conscious and wherever possible choose the most sustainable options available to them while constantly researching to find new sustainable technology and practices that can be implemented throughout their business and products.

The screen printed fabrics are hand-screened using 100% Permaset waterbased inks which are more environmentally friendly and responsible.

On a day to day basis Sixhands do the little things such as taking their own cups for morning coffee, recycling and using soya based inks and sustainable paper stock options for the printing of marketing material such as catalogues.
